California Redwood Signs
Our History
California Redwood Signs has been an integral part of the community for just shy of 40 years. In 1984 Michael Stephany began his career as a craftsman. With access to the infamous groves of redwoods located in the region, creating signs from this resource quickly grew from small town business to multiple locations in Great America, Sea World, Knott’s Berry Farm and Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. In 1997, Michael met his future wife, Ana. A native of Brazil, Ana taught English as a second language before coming to America on a work visa. In 2000, they not only married but became lifelong business partners as well. Michael and Ana soon employed the talent of family and friends and began traveling together throughout California, Nevada, and Colorado.
Visit us at our home store, nested in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, just south of Yosemite National Park. Or, If you’re not in the area, we can also be found traveling to various State & County Fairs and craft shows.
